Q. Is my payment information secure?

A. Q. What is a Compatible cartridge?

A. A compatible cartridge is a replacement cartridge that is manufactured not by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), but by a third party.

 

Q. Databazaar says that it always sells only OEM or Original product. Then why do I see some compatibles on the site?

A. Databazaar primarily sells Genuine branded products only. We offer only about 500 compatible products out of a total product range of 35000+. We started doing this in response to customer requests. We feature only those compatible products that we feel meet our stringent quality standards.

 

Q. What about warranty on these compatible products ?

A. The compatibles carry the exact same warranty as the original/OEM products. Please see our Warranty section for more details.

 

Q. What brand are these products and who is the manufacturer?

A. The compatibles are of various brands and some are even unbranded in white boxes. They are manufactured by various manufacturers but in all cases Databazaar ensures that they are from manufacturers who are ISO9001 certified or carry similar industry standard certifications like SMTC etc. The certification is usually displayed on the respective product page.

 

Q. The original cartridge that I use has a chip in it. Do your compatibles have a chip in them or do I have to reset the machine or deal with error messages?

A. Databazaar features only those compatibles that are 100% identical to the original product. Which means that in case of products that need have a chip, the compatible product will have the same chip. You will not have to deal with chip resetting etc.

3. Provide your email address in the resulting page.

Q. Order Cancellation Policy:

Ans: All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

 

1.If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
2.If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
3.Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

Ans: Fast Flat Rate Shipping $6.95 On All Other Orders

 Databazaar uses Fedex, UPS, DHL and the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary delivery partners. The choice of carrier is made based on the size, weight and delivery type of your particular order. All orders are shipped within 2 business days with most orders shipping the same business day when placed before 2PM EST. Delivery time for Fast Flat-Rate Shipping is 2-5 business days nationwide. Expedited shipping is available for most products. Individual shipping restrictions if any are clearly displayed on the product page.

 

 Databazaar will not be shipping on either 12/24/2016 or 12/31/2016 or on other national holidays. All orders will be processed the next business day.

 

 Actually for most states and most orders, your order might reach earlier, in majority of cases within an amazing one business day! If you have a more urgent need, we offer two other options -- Second Business Day Service and Next Business Day Service at actual discounted rates charged by our carrier.

  

If you provide a valid e-mail address while ordering, and ensure that email from the domain databazaar.com is not blocked by your e-mail filters, an email confirmation with tracking number should reach you when your order ships.

 

 If ordering more than one type of product, your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive, and be packaged, separately. In all cases however, you will receive e-mail notification.

  

Databazaar.com retains the right to charge additional fees for special requests (Next Business Day Service etc.), bulk orders over $1000 that requires special shipping, and pallet orders. Databazaar.com will contact the customer prior to shipment if such a situation does arise.
