How can I set up my Educational/Government Account?
Simply submit your Official Purchase Order (PO) via fax to 954-212-5800 or email to corpsales@databazaar.com.
Official PO must include:
√ Institution letterhead and signature of approval from your purchasing or accounting department.
√ Purchase order number
√ Complete billing and shipping address and phone number.
√ Contact person phone number and email address.
PO will be processed within 24 hours upon finance department approval. An email will be sent confirming PO acceptance or refusal.
For POs over $3,000.00, a credit application form (click here to download the form) must be completed and submitted along the purchase order.
How can I qualify for volume discounts?
