Return

All requests for returns must be made by simply clicking here or by contacting our Customer Care Center at: 1-954-510-2656 ( M-F, 10-6 EST ). Your order number, reason for return, contact name and phone number, and whether you want refund or replacement, must be filled out completely. Your RMA request will be attended to promptly and our RMA staff will contact you by phone or e-mail. If you do not hear from us in 48 hours ( excluding weekends and holidays ) please call Customer Support at 1-954-510-2656 ( M-F, 10-6 EST ). Returns Acceptance Policy (Please Read Before Requesting RMA)

A return authorization (RMA Form) must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. Along with your RMA, you will be issued a FREE pre-paid postage label for sending back your purchases ONLY for the following reasons:

  • Databazaar shipping error
  • Defective on Arrival – Consumables Only.

20% Restocking Fee will be charged on all other returns.

•     Return freight must be arranged by you for all other returns too.
•     Returned consumables like ink and toner etc. found to be less than 70% full on return will be charged to your account.
•     Returned products must be in their original packaging.
•     If you choose the Refund option, a credit will be effected to your credit card on receipt of the returned product. Processing of your refund may take up to three weeks from the date of receipt of your return.
•     If you choose the Replace option, we will be shipping out a chargeable replacement for you, and we will refund you the amount of the original order when we receive your return.
•     Special order items and discontinued items are not returnable.

All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Clean your hands thoroughly before using the mask
  • Find its ear loops and nose pieces and hold it up
  • Put the nosepiece up and place the mask under your chin
  • Stretch the ear loops according to your comfort and place them behind each ear
  • Mold the nosepiece around your nose with a downward and outward push motion
  • Make sure the fit is right and comfortable
  • Perform a leak check. Breathe to see if air leaks out. If it does, adjust the mask, mold the nosepiece well until its fit and secure

Technical FAQ

Question: Can respirators approved under standards used in other countries, such as KN95, be used in the US during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Answer: Yes.

As per FDA guidelines "The FDA is working diligently to mitigate any potential shortages in the supply chain and taking action to assure health care personnel on the front lines have sufficient supplies of respiratory protective devices. The FDA concluded, based on the totality of scientific evidence available, that certain imported respirators that are not NIOSH-approved are appropriate to protect the public health or safety.

On March 24, 2020, the FDA issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for importing non-NIOSH-approved N95 respirators. Under this EUA, among other criteria, the FDA accepts marketing authorization from Australia, Brazil, Europe, Japan, Korea, and Mexico who have similar standards to NIOSH. The FDA did not list KN95 respirators in this EUA because of concerns about fraudulent products listed as KN95s. On April 3, 2020, in response to continued respirator shortages, the FDA issued a new EUA for non-NIOSH-approved N95 respirators made in China, which makes KN95 respirators eligible for authorization if certain criteria are met, including evidence demonstrating that the respirator meets certain standards.

The FDA also issued guidance outlining a policy to help expand the availability of general use face masks for the general public and respirators for health care professionals during this pandemic. The guidance applies to KN95 respirators as well. It explains that for the duration of the pandemic, when FDA-cleared or NIOSH-approved N95 respirators are not available, the FDA generally would not object to the importation and use of respirators without an EUA, including KN95 respirators. Although not required, if a KN95 respirator does not have an EUA, the FDA encourages importers to take the appropriate steps to verify the product’s authenticity prior to importing."

Question: How many times can I reuse a N95 or KN95 mask?

Answer: As per FDA guidelines if possible, it is always recommended to replace N95 or KN95 face masks.

In times of limited supply, the CDC has the following recommendations for extended use and limited reuse of N95 masks:

  • Minimize the number of individuals who need to use respiratory protection through the preferential use of engineering and administrative controls;
  • Use alternatives to N95 respirators (e.g., other classes of filtering facepiece respirators, elastomeric half-mask and full facepiece air purifying respirators, powered air purifying respirators) where feasible;
  • Implement practices allowing extended use and/or limited reuse of N95 respirators, when acceptable; and
  • Prioritize the use of N95 respirators for those personnel at the highest risk of contracting or experiencing complications of infection.

If extending the use of face masks, the following steps should be taken to reduce contact transmission after wearing:

  • Discard N95 respirators following use during aerosol generating procedures.
  • Discard N95 respirators contaminated with blood, respiratory or nasal secretions, or other bodily fluids from patients.
  • Discard N95 respirators following close contact with, or exit from, the care area of any patient co-infected with an infectious disease requiring contact precautions.
  • Consider use of a cleanable face shield (preferred3) over an N95 respirator and/or other steps (e.g., masking patients, use of engineering controls) to reduce surface contamination.
  • Perform hand hygiene with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer before and after touching or adjusting the respirator (if necessary for comfort or to maintain fit).


If reusing face masks, the CDC also recommends the following steps to reduce contact transmission after wearing:

  • Discard N95 respirators following use during aerosol generating procedures.
  • Discard N95 respirators contaminated with blood, respiratory or nasal secretions, or other bodily fluids from patients.
  • Discard N95 respirators following close contact with any patient co-infected with an infectious disease requiring contact precautions.
  • Consider use of a cleanable face shield (preferred3) over an N95 respirator and/or other steps (e.g., masking patients, use of engineering controls), when feasible to reduce surface contamination of the respirator.
  • Hang used respirators in a designated storage area or keep them in a clean, breathable container such as a paper bag between uses. To minimize potential cross-contamination, store respirators so that they do not touch each other and the person using the respirator is clearly identified. Storage containers should be disposed of or cleaned regularly.
  • Clean hands with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer before and after touching or adjusting the respirator (if necessary for comfort or to maintain fit).
  • Avoid touching the inside of the respirator. If inadvertent contact is made with the inside of the respirator, discard the respirator and perform hand hygiene as described above.
  • Use a pair of clean (non-sterile) gloves when donning a used N95 respirator and performing a user seal check. Discard gloves after the N95 respirator is donned and any adjustments are made to ensure the respirator is sitting comfortably on your face with a good seal.
  • Masks should only be extended or reused by same wearer since asymptomatic wearers could potentially spread infection.

Question: Where is my product shipped from?

Answer: As per FDA guidelines unless clearly mentioned as “Ships From USA” on the product page, most products under the category PPE or COVID-19 Protection Items, ships directly to you from our supplier in China. Any product that ships directly from China, has longer than normal shipping time of 8-14 business days. A tracking number is provided to you immediately upon shipment.


Question: Why is my shipment taking so long to arrive?

Answer: As per FDA guidelines as is clearly mentioned in the product page of the item you purchased, these products have a much longer shipping time of 8-14 business days. Delays at customs due to increased inspection of products at this time, can cause additional delays. Your tracking number is always provided to you at the time of shipping and you can track your package at all times during this process.


Question: I have questions about the quality of my KN95 masks

Answer: As per FDA guidelines every KN95 mask we sell carries FDA and CE certifications which are displayed on the product page. We can additionally send them to you on request. Therefore, the quality of the mask is assured. Please note, being a personal use item, we are unable to accept a return of this product. Answer: As per FDA guidelines as is clearly mentioned on the product page and in our Returns page, all COVID-19 Protection Items, are personal use items and therefore Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
